“DGS Property Group engaged ATB Constructions to manage the fit-out of the Target Country store at our retail shopping centre in Kingaroy.

This was a complex project which saw a variety of challenges emerge including statutory authority approval difficulties, tightening timeframes and design brief alterations. It was clear from the outset that if the project was to be successful it required an appreciation for detail and effective sub-contractor management. ATB Constructions did exactly this and facilitated the projects completion from the authority approvals stage through to the handover to Target in March 2009.
